- Skilled Workers with Employer Support: This category is for individuals who have received a full-time, permanent job offer from a New Brunswick employer. Applicants must meet the program’s criteria related to education, work experience, language proficiency, and the job offer.
- Entrepreneurial Stream: This stream is for experienced business owners or senior managers who wish to start or acquire a business in New Brunswick. Successful applicants receive a nomination and can then apply for a work permit to establish or operate their business in the province.
- Post-Graduate Entrepreneurial Stream: This category targets graduates of eligible New Brunswick post-secondary institutions who have started or acquired a business in the province. Applicants must have a valid Post-Graduation Work Permit and meet the program’s requirements related to business operation and ownership.
